This limited edition print is one of only 750 produced and is an officially licensed Minardi product. The scene features Formula One driver Marc Gené in the Minardi Ford at the San Marino Grand Prix on May 2, 1999.

Gené’s selection for the second 1999 Minardi seat surprised many, as he was relatively unknown outside of Spanish racing at the time. He went on to earn the distinction of becoming the first Minardi driver to score a championship point since 1995.

His racing career began in 1986 when, at just 12 years old, he started karting. After two years of development, he won both the Catalan and Spanish National Karting Series in 1988, opening the door to European and World Karting competition. This success eventually led him to Formula One and his seat with Minardi.

Copies of this edition were personally autographed by Marc Gené. The quality of the artwork in this print is truly incredible, and a very small number of unsigned publisher’s proofs are also available while supplies last.
